| Database storage and management
A mailing is only as good as the information you extract from your customer / prospect database. It is vital to keep the database up to date, otherwise you waste money sending out literature which will not reach the right target. You also run the risk of annoying the recipient with a mailing which is either unwanted or incorrectly addressed and spelt. Lewis Direct Mail manages databases on an ongoing basis to prevent these sorts of mistakes.
All our clients use databases, which they will ask us to keep on record here. We will store the information and each time a mailing is sent out we will manage the returns for them
- updating the database to take account changes of address, 'gone aways' and those who no longer wish to have their addresses on a database.
